Ms Martinez has made comments publicly regarding an animal in the care of MCACC. She has publicly stated her desire for Mickey to go, as she puts it, "night night". In other public posts she has referred to the supporters of Mickey as "these damn people" and Mickey as " "this damn dog". As a representitive of MCACC These comments should not be acceptable and should be grounds for immediate termination per Maricopa County's Code of Ethics.    Merit Rule 11  11.01 CONDUCT AND REQUIREMENTS IN GENERAL A. The maintenance of high standards of honesty, integrity, impartiality, and conduct by county employees is essential to assure the proper performance of county business and the maintenance of confidence by citizens in their county government. B.  Employees should conduct themselves in such a manner that the work of the county is effectively accomplished; they shall be courteous, considerate, and prompt in dealing with and serving the public and shall conduct themselves in a manner that will not bring discredit or embarrassment to the county.    Her comments do not demonstrate impartiality to the fate of Mickey. Also the confidence of the citizens of Maricopa county and the world has gone in regards to the handling of this situation from ms Martinez and her superior mr. Silva. As an employee of the county, the citizens of the county, and the world, request her immediate termination from MCACC
