The Planning Application DC/12/81142/X proposes the conversion of the 2 floors above Catford Bridge Tavern to be turned into 5 self-sustainable flats and the basement to be turned into retail storage. It is based on an Design & Access Statement which says that the ground floor will be turned into retail space once the flats are built and a national retailer is already interested to take over the new retail space. This means our pub will get shut down. Please help us prevent this from happening.
