Officer Brian Thierbach cruelly and without provocation shot and killed Arzy, an extremely friendly family dog, with a smirk on his face. This officer has no place in law enforcement and does not deserve the title "officer." If such a man can shoot a dog which just minutes prior he was petting, then that man does not deserve to carry a weapon, either. This was a case of abuse of power and animal cruelty.
