It would allow players in the TCG to collect and use cards from the OCG that are availible in different rarities. It will also control the prices of cards. (i.e and ocg Mecha Phantom Beast Dracossack is under 20 dollars and a TCG the same card in its English print is over 100 dollars.)  

We will settle for KDE to stop boosting the rairites of cards
