Kisha Carter is charged with killing two innocent puppies by hurling them from a 3rd story New Orleans hotel  balcony on April 6th 2013. The puppies were found by another hotel guest, my friend Mike Kelley, and he rushed them to an animal hospital.  Sadly, one puppy died on the way and the other died at the hospital.  The New Orleans Police arrested Carter after talking with the hotel guest and reviewing a very disturbing surveillance video. The video made it perfectly clear that this was no accident!

Carter is due back in court on July 21st , 2013. Unfortunately she may seek to plea bargain for a lesser sentence. This should not be allowed. She should be held fully responsible for the lives of her victims who never got to grow up. Then she should recieve the maximum jail time to keep her from hurting more animals or people!
