Abandon your position on garnishing wages without a court order

The Issue

The United States Constitution guarantees due process to every citizen.  The EPA has moved to garnish the wages of U.S. citizens without a court order to do so.  The EPA claims the power to unilaterally fine and garnish wages while shifting the burden of proof to the defending party and claiming the right to establish their own grievance hearings as the only appellate body.  These claims if allowed to endure offend not only the right to due process through the court system but also potentially violates the seperation of powers and offends the rule of law in this country.  We hereby petition the EPA to abandon this course of action and instead adhere to the principals of justice espoused in the Consitution of the United States both in word and spirit.  This policy has been fast tracked to take effect Sept. 2 unless sufficient negative public response is received by Aug. 1.  We hope this petition will be sufficient to show that the public does not agree or consent.
