ANIMALS:  Helpless, Loyal, Innocent, Loving, Forgiving, Dependent, VOICELESS.

Animal Abuse is NOT acceptable and should have more severe consequences for the offenders.  Why would a fine and a couple nights in jail deter them from offending again? It's just too easy to get away with, and no one is afraid of the consequences.

Our Animals have a RIGHT TO LIVE, but what good is living if they're living in misery.  

WE WANT HARSHER PUNISHMENTS for those who ABUSE OUR ANIMALS.

The question is not, "Can they reason?" nor, "Can they talk?" but rather, "Can they suffer?"
