Dear Minister,

We ask that the voluntary system of distributing donated goods to the people residing at Hal Far Open Centre be brought back on track without further delay.

We have regularly collected goods for distribution which were passed on to the residents of Hal Far Open Centre by volunteers with the help of Mario Camilleri who, until recently, worked at the centre. The system was set up voluntarily and worked well for most of the past year, but for the past three weeks distribution has been held up.

There are people inside Hal Far Open Centre who need material help. There are many of us on the outside who are willing to give it. The missing link is within the administration of Hal Far Open Centre. Your personal intervention would help resolve this matter for the benefit of all involved.
