Dear Facebook,

 

A woman named Lemore Aizenman is using Facebook to harass and threaten people based on their race, sexuality, and or who their friends are.  Her harassment and threats have continued while she is evading law enforcement who is trying to serve her with a temporary restraining order after she made death threats on Facebook messenger.  She has created numerous fake profiles and uses them to continue to harass and threaten people from her personal computer(s) and mobile phone.  She has also posted personal information online which she admitted to in live time on Facebook that she used her insurance computer access to get that information about people and their family members.

 

This information included people's social security numbers, their addresses, phone numbers, credit reports, address's of their family member's, and she has even called at least one person's elderly parent.  She is now making fake profiles to impersonate the people she is harassing as well as continuing to file and make rebuttals about people and rescues and is blaming it on other people as well. She has posted racist comments about every race you can imagine including saying a certain race should be eradicated. She has harassed people's children by saying they are ugly and making fun of them and putting them down for being bi-racial, overweight, or anything else she can think of.  She has filed false police reports against people, which law enforcement knows are false, thankfully. She has posted comments suggesting people abuse animals and commit bestiality.  She is the most hateful and vile woman I have ever met. Please help us to stop her from using Facebook to harass, threaten, and spread her hatred.

 

She is using multiple for the above mentioned activities which clearly violate many of Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities as shown as follows:

You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.

 

You will not post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

 

You will not use Facebook to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

 

You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.

Facebook users provide their real names and information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:

 

You will not provide any false personal information on Facebook, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.

 

You will not create more than one personal account.

 

You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.

 

Protecting Other People's Rights:

 

You will not post content or take any action on Facebook that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.

 

You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on Facebook.

 

 

 

We ask that you remove her account and ban her from Facebook based on her violation of all of the fore mentioned Facebook policies.

Jacinda Martinez also has multiple Facebook accounts and continues to violate all the same policies by using Facebook to harass and bully people. Janice Jopin is another one using Facebook with a fake name. Her real name is Judith Cowling. She has been friending people just to steal pics of them and their family members to pass on to Jacinda Maritnez and Lemore Aizenmen aka Zigmund Fraudscams (her latest fake profile created with the sole purpose of harassing, bullying, cyberstalking, and threatening others.
