Unfair and Deceptive Business Tactics

Unfair and Deceptive Business Tactics
The Issue
As a Business Owner who has a business page on Facebook.com you have spent time, money and more importantly created a community of fans and likes of individuals who have Opted in to receive posts from your page. This process is done by an action being completed by a consumer or individual clicking on your page or more importantly clicking like or clicking on a paid advertisement bought through Facebook to drive consumers to make a decision whether or not they LIKE your page therefore opting in.
Merchants have paid money to Facebook.com to Gain Likes and Fans therefore these individuals have agreed to see or want posts to be displayed on their wall from the business page or community page. Therefore the people and business page owners expect to have 100% of all Likes or Fans see their posts as they have agreed to do so.
Recently Facebook.com has changed its programming to limit the deliverability of posts to Fans/Customers/Likes which directly goes against the intent of the So called "Like" Function, More importantly it causes financial harm to a page owner who has paid for these fans, likes or bought advertising directly from Facebook.com. Facebook.com is now asking page owners or offers a function called "Promote" Post which will guarantee delivery of posts for a premium. This is Double Dipping and Unfair and Deceptive Practices especially to business owners who have paid for their "Likes" or "Fans". Furthermore Facebook.com has added a feature that as page owner you now have to tell your Fans to click on a special feature in order to continue to receive posts.
So the Question is asked, Why would a business owner pay for advertising, or build a community to only have to pay again to deliver said posts or offers, deals, communications to its fans, or likes or have additional steps in place when the consumer or Fan or individual who liked the page gave consent to receive communications from the business page by clicking the like or paid advertisement and by making a valid decision to like the page personally.
And why are business owners all in agreement that participation is down and deliverability is down to less than 15% of total Fan or Like Base?
The people and business owners therefore are asking for either Option 1 or Option 2 actions to be taken as this behavior and acts of facebook.com have directly affected page admins and or its company financially or personally and therefore considered to be Unfair trade practices or Deceptive marketing for paid ads.
Options for Facebook to take in consideration.
1. Refund 100% of all Monies Page Admins have paid into Facebook in creating Likes or fans from buying paid advertising directly to Business pages. Or Buying Ads directed to their page to create likes and fans
2. Guarantee all Posts to be delivered to Fans, Likes or any individual that "Likes a page" Or has taken an Action of Clicking Like to said page when advertising monies have been spent with Facebook.com driving traffic and consumers to "Like" a business page, and Deliver all posts to Fans without taking an extra step is a clear action was taken to like said "page"
We the People and Business owners stand by this and want action taken to modify correct or make good or We the people will take legal action if necessary.
