Rescind the approval for use of 4834 N. Penn St. as a drug rehab house

The Issue

The community was not consulted about this use. There are already as many as 100 drug/alcohol rehab houses in Frankford. It is one block from Frankford High School. The area is saturated with drug users making this a bad choice for a rehab house.
