There are a lot of cars speeding down Kingsley and Blanding right where the children cross the street. We've already had a few accidents there but not one as bad as Heather Barnes. Why does there have to be a child in coma before something is done? Our children should be safe! Every other school has a school zone in Clay County but Orange Park. There needs to be one placed there before someone else is hurt!
