Within many school settings (and on many school buses) there are already closed-circuit cameras that overlook the hallways, the play areas, the cafeteria, etc. Cameras in ALL special needs classrooms should be installed in order to provide oversight and protection for children who may not be able to communicate for themselves. Cameras will help ensure the safety of our most vulnerable children and act as a guard against abuse and discrimination.
