The papers were leaked out of Pakistan and the Pakistani students knew nothing of the leaked papers. The exams are being taken on such a short notice and it is nearly impossible for one to prepare now when the students have disposed of the helping material. It is unfair, the culprit should be caught instead of retaking the whole examination.
