Paternity Fraud has become an outgoing unique situation where human beings lives are being destroyed due to the lies and deception of others. Every child has the right to know who their biological father is as well as its an injustice for men to be forced to be held accountable for another mans actions. In my case, I was overseas fighting in Iraq while the child I'm obligated to pay for was conceived. Unfortunately, this child is suffering from a series of hereditary illnesses, continues to be misdiagnosed due innacurate feported family medical history, and I'm being forced to pay $1377 per month in child support and cover all medical expenses. The two victims (the child and I) in this case are suffering while the perpetrator (my exwife) is being protected by California's Family Law System.

I encourage all who find my story despicable, disgusting, and regrettable, to sign this petition to once and for all demand peaceful resolution in order to protect men and children from paternity fraud.
