Millions of American homeowners are victims of the biggest financial scandal and organized theft schemes in Modern History.

 

This is the “fork in the road” for the USA and our Nation of Laws.  Over the past 5 years, so many of us, our friends, and family have suffered at the hands of “financial criminals.”   Even the most basic of financial laws, like Truth in Lending, have not been followed by One West Bank, Bank of America, Chase Morgan, etc.  But their violations continued, and tricked homeowners through designed fraud schemes to steal their homes through repetitive lies.  Even judicial interventions and governmental Consent Orders are continually defied by the banks.  The financial industry has become known as the bastion of liars and thieves.

 

Neither Federal nor State prosecutors have vigorously prosecuted these leading criminals who started on Wall Street (having never been prosecuted for those securities crimes) and now are in charge of your savings, for their ongoing gambles.  We the People bailed out the banks so they could rape, plunder and pillage our lives and families?    Even the judges are ignoring the laws, and letting the banks skate away in so many lawsuits with homes in their pockets even though the banks NEVER proved that they had a legal right to take the homes!  In fact, the banks have “forged documents” with a multitude of falsehoods, including having robo signed documents with fictitious names and entries.  The judges are just managing their workloads, instead of doing their jobs of administering justice through the even application of the laws on the books.  As you will see when you look closely at the U.S. President’s and Congressional members’ political contributions, the banks are controlling the elections and the outcome of the votes on life and death issues for the Middle Class and the rest of Americans.  The banks “bought immunity from prosecution.” 

 

The outcome: banks win, YOU LOSE.

 

This is NOT what a Democracy is about.  We are supposed to have a Nation of Laws that everyone is subjected to and must abide by in order to be in our country....even banks!

 

Does anyone remember ENRON?  Crooks were prosecuted and thrown behind bars.  Enron no longer exists because of its leadership’s culture of criminality.

Remember the S & L collapse? They jailed over 800 top employees (even if the banks were behind it in order to get the S & L market share), investigations were done, prosecutions were executed and the big boys spent jail time....the nation was engaged in justice for the PEOPLE.

 

Even judges are screaming for help...they need prosecutors to defend our Nation of Laws.  Look at the NY Times Editorial, January 9, 2014:  Manhattan Federal Judge Rakoff is yelling at prosecutors for not prosecuting these financial swindles that have destroyed our Democracy.

 

HERE IS THE FORK IN THE ROAD:  One West Bank which was founded by Steven Mnuchin who is  former Executive Vice President of Goldman Sachs (contributor to the crooked derivatives scheme that is destroying the world’s economy) has stolen homes with a planned fraud scheme of lies and trickery, over and over. [Mnuchin lives in a $29 Million mansion in Bel Air, California.]   Oftentimes, One West Bank sold homes in foreclosure auctions for just $1000 in prearranged bids by Deutsch Bank.  With One West Bank just announcing that it would pay $ 1 BILLION as a dividend to its founding investors including unprosecuted scoundrels, “Teflon Dons,” George Soros (convicted felon with pending arrest warrant internationally), John Paulson (with a private insurance “buy back”  deal with the FDIC, negotiated by U.S. Congressman Schumer of NY after jointly destroying the public value of the original IndyMac and with it wiping out the savings of thousands of people), Mike Dell of Dell Computers, etc., that means if you divide $1 Billion by $1000, you can approximate ONE MILLION HOMELESS FAMILIES in the USA because of One West Bank which absolutely refused to work with the homeowners and instead “deceived and gamed them”!? And think of the implications for the entire economy...hunger, economic downward spiral from destroyed lives, etc.  We don’t know the real numbers...but rough math gives you the potential broad reach of the snakey fraud scheme by One West Bank.

 News has leaked via Reuters News that One West Bank plans to roll out an IPO in 2014.  That means that One West Bank will reach millions more with its same corrupt, legally defiant strategies in all banking arenas.  More fraud and more violations of laws in more areas of our financial lives through the power of an IPO?

The Federal and State Governments have defied their own job responsibilities to prosecute and defend our laws, and instead these governments have  “sanctioned criminality as the new norm!”    President Obama and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder have said “the banks are too big to prosecute.”  So the men that we elected and hired have become “protectors of the criminals” and totally “disregarded the victims of the crimes.” 

 

Would you be shocked to know that the formerly revered and respected FBI has LOST over 14 bank victim complaints for one person that were previously officially confirmed as having been received by the FBI? President Obama has NOT responded to even one complaint about mortgage fraud by One West Bank. A One West Bank foreclosure victims’ group has submitted OVER 1000 written complaints to the OCC, and other agencies,  and have only had a racketeering “shell game” played of “shuffle the complaint to the bank, get a lying response from One West Bank, and then send a letter to the victim homeowner that that is that...with NO investigation of the bank’s continual violations of law, through repeated victims’ reports.  We, as taxpayers, have paid the government to victimize us....for the Federal government to be co-conspirators in stealing from us.  Many of the states’ Attorney Generals’ Office have done the same, like California’s Kamala Harris.  The federal and state prosecutors are NOT prosecuting to protect us from criminal “bankster” One West Bank.

 

THIS IS OUR ALL-AMERICAN MOMENT TO SAVE OUR DEMOCRACY...demand that the Federal Regulators NOT APPROVE the IPO of One West Bank. 

 

Our military members have served and put their lives on the line, been maimed physically and mentally in the service to all of us Americans, only to return home to nonexistent homes lost to foreclosure fraud by One West Bank and other gangster banks.   Don’t ever make our military heroes be victimized again by the banks.  Senior citizens who should be enjoying their Golden Years lost their homes to the very sophisticated swindles of One West Bank and other banks.  College graduates were swindled by the very same banks with respect to nondischargeable college loans that break all usury laws, and chain them to inhuman amounts of debt/fees that can never be repaid in a normal lifetime, especially during the "great Recession" created by the banks!

 

You too serve our country by signing this Petition as it is intended as the message to all governments that they must begin aggressively prosecuting all banks for violating the laws.  If the prosecutors do not prosecute aggressively all such financial crooks, then the prosecutors will be fired.  If Congress does not enforce ALL OF  the laws of the US against all criminals including banks, then Congress will be fired.  If the President of the U.S.continues, as he did in the State of the Union address,  to call homeowners “deadbeats” who were tricked into skipping mortgage payments like One West Bank did to them and the President refuses to aggressively prosecute the very same financial crooks who have contributed to his election campaigns, then President Obama should be impeached.

 

This is a Critical Point in Our Country’s History:  All Americans of all Parties, backgrounds, income levels, ethnic origins,..have spoken by signing this Petition.  This country was founded as a Nation of Laws.  WE WANT IT BACK RIGHT NOW.
