Babymetal is a rising "Kawaii-Metal" band featuring Suzuaka "Su-METAL" Nakamoto, Yui "Yui-METAL" Mizuno, and Moa "Moa-Metal" Kikuchi. They are slowly but surely reaching out past Japan and to the rest of the world. Their first album even held the #1 spot in the iTunes metal category for 2 weeks straight. If Anime Expo were to invite them to perfom, they would be a huge hit! They have performed at other Anime conventions and festivals with great success, even being the youngest band to perfom at Japan's famous Nippon Budokan with a sold out audience. I believe if they were to be invited to perfom, it would be great exposure to a western audience and a memorable performance.
