It is no secret that the cast of Duck Dynasty on A&E are Christians. This has been expressed time and again throughout the shows stories. As well as through merchandising, books and lectures.

One of our most basic human rights is being able to have our own opinion. This country was founded on that principle in the form of freedom of speech and freedom of religion. The more we ignore this the worse of we become as a society.

If you were to do a poll of viewers who watch the show Duck Dynasty, I would venture to guess that 90% of them are christian people. They dont just watch for the laughs or the "reality television" aspect of the show, they watch for the hidden messages. The unity of family and the PRAYERS that come at the end of every episode. Hard working, middle class christian americans who are tired of the "jersey shores" and the "keeping up with the Kardashians". They want good wholesome television. They want a sense of normal in this world that is so upside down a man cannot express how he feels without loosing his job.

For you at A&E Network to "suspend" Phil Robertson for voicing his opinion in a free country is wrong. For you to suspend the man who has helped you make millions on the backs of him and his family is wrong. You are worried you might loose a few advertisers if you dont suspend him? How about loosing your entire show because we will refuse to watch it on a network that has no backbone or integrity!!
