Since 2018, more than 16 false reports were made to Child Protective Services (CPS) and multiple motions was filed with FOC against a Macomb County father.
 According to official CPS records, every one of those reports was dismissed as investigated and unsubstantiated. That should have been the end of it.—— 
 Instead, the reports continued—and no safeguards were put in place. In 2018, 2022, and again on January 21, 2025, new allegations were made by the mother during custody disputes.—— 
 From 2018-2025 the mother made multiple, false abuse allegations in attempt to gain full custody and exploited the child to go along with her lies. The father obtained custody after the mother tried to self delete in 2017. The mother didn’t obtain full custody of the child until they were about 4, the child’s grandmother had custody since their birth. Then by 2015, the mother was substantiated by CPS to have physically abused the child, by placing them in a chokehold and slamming them to the ground. They were just 5 at that time.—— Because of the previous substantiated abuse, the mother had supervised visits every weekend with alternated holidays. Then it became unsupervised after about a year. On multiple occasions, the father had tried to protect his child from their mother’s negligence by calling CPS, filing FOC motions and even demanding supervised visits and a medication count believing the mother’s still abusing. The father had also been held in contempt by FOC once for trying to shield the child from being more disturbed at such a young age brought on by her mother’s constant neglect since infancy. The mother would always re directed abuse allegations towards the father and nothing would ever be done to stop her constant disregard for the child.—— The only parent who’s been substantiated and lost custody of ALL her children for neglect, abandonment and physical abuse, is the manipulative mother who’s been coaching the child to lie for years about some form of abuse against their father. The mother envied the child’s happiness with their “ new family “ and it spiraled out of control once the father had gotten married and introduced a new child in January of 2022. After court proceedings in April of 2022 and not seeing his child for about a month, stemmed from more of the mother’s false abuse allegations, the minor admitted in a secretly recorded audio that their mother was forcing them to lie. They were 12 at the time of the incident —— That father has not seen his child since January 21, 2025 and is now going through trial from these false allegations and have been investigated by multiple jurisdictions with no charges filed and still obtaining custody for now. After their final allegations, data archives were downloaded from the father’s personal email that was attached to the child’s email for monitoring purposes. Personal information was stolen including IDs, SSCs, Birth Certificates and intimate documents that was later exploited on social media by the minor as a “ dig “ at their stepmother. A police report was made. So much illegal activity and no consequences for it. —— During this investigation, the mother refused to let the child be further investigated by the police after she felt they weren’t being believed. The mother tried to get the detective on the case fired. Now the father wants nothing to do with the child, thanks to the child’s real abuser, their mother and the failures of the system to help protect his parental rights. Each lie didn’t prevail in court proceedings and with CPS, so they pulled out an accusation no proof was needed for coming from a minor.—— It’s a reason to believe that the minor is still in eminent danger being with the parent with such history during this situation. Sadly, young children perish very often at the hands of the parent that’s doing the manipulating and alienating during custody disputes. How many children have to become victims of the system before they start implementing laws? How was someone with such a horrid CPS history able to make multiple court proceedings and CPS reports?!?--- This is not just one family’s horror story—it’s a system failure.  The system failed to act on a clear pattern of repeated false reporting, Did not implement safeguards to prevent misuse of the system, Allowed ongoing harm through lack of accountability and follow-through, Violated fundamental parental rights protected under the Constitution. The result?
A family separated.
Emotional distress.
Financial and reputational damage. And one critical question: 👉 If more than 15 unsubstantiated reports don’t trigger accountability… what does? --- Why this matters to everyone?
