🕊️ Reminder: They Have Been Released — and the Truth Still Matters

A reminder to all of us: we must be grateful and we must celebrate.

Habtom Gebrethadkan, Yonas Mebrahtom, and Zeriesenai Meles have been released from detention in Ethiopia. This is a victory for our movement, for Eritrean justice seekers, and for everyone who spoke up on their behalf.

But while we celebrate their freedom, we also remember:

the truth behind their arrest is still unknown.

Who ordered it, why it happened, and what message it was meant to send to Eritrean justice seekers must still be answered.

This reminder is to:

Celebrate their safe release 🙏
Thank everyone who signed, shared, and advocated
Reaffirm our commitment to making sure the real cause of their arrest is known and that no Eritrean activist is targeted in silence again

We are grateful. We celebrate.

And we continue to demand truth, transparency, and accountability.
