養父市に若者の夢と未来を拓く！
「西日本最大級パブリックスケートパーク」設置のお願い
私たちは今、過疎化と高齢化が進む養父市に、若者が夢を語り、未来に向かって挑戦できる場所をつくることを願っています。

東京オリンピック以降、スケートボードやBMXといったアクションスポーツが注目され、全国的に100万人以上がこれらのスポーツを楽しんでいると言われています。中でも養父市は、｢世界で活躍する中学生の早田颯助くん｣BMXライダーを輩出しており、まさに「アクションスポーツの聖地」となれるポテンシャルを秘めています。

しかし現状では、若者が安心して練習や交流を行える場所がないため、スケーターやBMXライダーの子どもたちは、歩道や駐車場などの適さない場所で練習をせざるを得ず、注意されたり、追い出されたりする実態があります。

これは、夢を追いかける子どもたちにとって、とてもつらい状況です。

若者のいない街ではなく、若者が集まる街へ！！
現在の養父市は若者の人口が少なく、R5年の市のアンケートでは「将来養父市に住みたいと思っていない」または「どちらとも言えない」と回答した若者が全体の約7割にも及びました。理由として、「娯楽施設がない」「都会に求めるサービスを利用したい」などの声が多く聞かれています。

そこで私たちは、若者が集まり、滞在し、交流するシンボルとなる施設として、以下のような複合施設の設置を提案します。

We hope to create a place where young people can talk about their dreams and take on challenges for the future in Yabu City, where depopulation and aging are progressing.

Since the Tokyo Olympics, action sports such as skateboarding and BMX have attracted attention, and it is said that more than one million people nationwide enjoy these sports. In particular, Yabu City has produced a BMX rider, "Hayata Sosuke, a junior high school student who is active around the world," and it has the potential to become a "holy land of action sports."

However, at present, there are no places where young people can practice and interact with each other in safety, so children who are skaters and BMX riders are forced to practice in unsuitable places such as sidewalks and parking lots, and are warned or chased away.

This is a very difficult situation for children who are chasing their dreams.

Let's make it a city where young people gather, not a city without young people! ! Currently, Yabu City has a small population of young people, and in a city survey conducted in 2013, about 70% of young people answered that they "don't want to live in Yabu City in the future" or "can't say either way." The reasons given were that there are no entertainment facilities and that they want to use the services they want in the city.

Therefore, we propose the establishment of the following complex as a symbolic facility where young people can gather, stay, and interact.

Full-scale courses for skateboarding, BMX, and inline skating

Stage area for music events and dance recitals

Open spaces that anyone can enjoy, such as basketball courts and grass plazas

A "town exchange hub" where young people and the child-rearing generation can gather

Furthermore, by linking it with the startup support facility currently being planned, it will be possible to create a next-generation town that combines sports, culture, and business.

Young people will naturally gather from outside, creating a new flow of people in the city
