【問題の概要】

東京2020オリンピック大会組織委員会会長は、嫌がっている男性選手に無理やりキスをした強制わいせつ女です。

ジェンダー平等と多様性を重んじるのなら、彼女を会長職から辞任させるべきです。

【この問題に影響を受けている人】

男性の人権が著しく脅かされています。「女による男性への性犯罪は、男による女性蔑視発言よりも罪が軽い」という理不尽がまかり通っています。

東京オリンピック・パラリンピック大会組織委員会 森喜朗(前会長)は女性を蔑視する発言をしたことで世界中から非難を受け、責任をとって会長職を辞任しました。

そして後に会長として選ばれたのは、そう。女性である橋本聖子(現会長)です。
前会長が女性差別を原因として辞任した以上、再発防止の意味で女性を新会長として選ぶという方針に異論はありません。
しかし、橋本聖子は流石にまずいでしょう。
何故なら橋本聖子は、過去に男性選手に対してみんなが見ている前で無理やりキスをする(https://denden6464.com/4477/)など、強制わいせつと言わざるを得ないようなことをしているからです。

この件に関して、橋本聖子を庇えるかもしれない点としては2点あります。

1. 被害者選手(プライバシーに配慮し名前は出しません)が
   「合意の上だった。セクハラ・パワハラとは思わない」
   と発言しているんだから問題ないだろう。
2. 過去のことを後から掘り返すな

以下、この2点に対して1点ずつ反論していきます。

1点目。被害者選手はスケート選手であり、橋本は当時、日本スケート連盟会長。選手選任にも携わっていました。
男性選手から見て橋本はいわば生殺与奪の権を握る「上司」。
皆さん想像してください。異性の上司にキスを強要されて、しかもいまだに処分されていない。そんな相手に対して歯向かうような発言ができますか。
男性選手は、仕事を失いたくないという理由で、意に反してセクハラ・パワハラ被害を否定している可能性が十分高いです。
メディアの報道でも、「男性選手は最初嫌がっていたが、橋本聖子が執拗にキスを迫っていた」と証言している人たちがいました。
「被害者本人が否定しているのだから」という屁理屈は通用しません。

2点目。小山田圭吾(東京オリンピック開会式 前 楽曲担当)が、過去に障害者に対するいじめ自慢をラジオトークで語っていた問題で、7月19日に辞任したばかりです。「過去だからセーフ」というのも成立しません。

以上、橋本聖子を庇える事情は悉く失われたわけですが、なぜ橋本は辞任しないのでしょうか。

橋本をオリンピックが終わるまでに辞めさせない限り、
「男性による女性蔑視発言(森 前会長)は辞任に値するが、男性への強制わいせつ(橋本 現会長)は辞任に値しない」という前例が完成してしまいます。

こんなふざけた男性蔑視を、放置してはいけません。

 

 

【解決策】

何としてでも橋本聖子をオリンピック閉会式までに辞任させる必要があります。

みなさん、声をあげてください。
具体例を示します。

• SNSにて、ハッシュタグ「 #森は辞めたぞ橋本も辞めろ 」のタグでつぶやいてください。
• オリンピックが開催中は、テレビで中継されそうな場所(かつ進入可能な場所)に立ち、「森は辞めたぞ橋本も辞めろ」というプラカードを掲げてください。
  
  
• 友人と世間話する際、橋本聖子の悪事を語り、会長を辞めるべきであるという旨拡散してください。
• この署名を賛同の上、拡散してください。
• この署名を宣伝するため、資金援助をお願いする場合があります。

If we values gender equality and diversity, we should expel Seiko Hashimoto from the position as president.

[People affected by this issue]

MEN'S RIGHTS ARE BEING SEVERELY THREATENED.
It is too unreasonable to say that SEX CRIMES AGAINST MEN by women ARE LESS SERIOUS THAN INSULTING AGAINST WOMEN by men.

Yoshiro Mori, former president of the Tokyo Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, has resigned from his position after receiving worldwide criticism for his disparaging remarks about women.

And who was later elected as the president? A woman Seiko Hashimoto was.
Since the previous president resigned due to discrimination against women, I have no objection to the policy of choosing a woman only as the new president in order to prevent a recurrence.

However, Seiko Hashimoto is the WORST CHOICE in women.
It's because in the past, Seiko Hashimoto has FORCIBLY KISSED a MALE ATHLETE in front of everyone (https://denden6464.com/4477/), which is considered as FORCED INDECENT.

There are two points where you might be able to defend Seiko Hashimoto on this matter.

1. There isn't any problems because the victim player (whose name I will not mention for privacy reasons) said that "It was consensual" and that "I don't think it was sexual harassment or power harassment". is there?
2. We shouldn't dig up the past after the fact.

Below, I will argue against these two points one by one.

First point. The victim athlete was a skater, and Seiko Hashimoto was the president of the Japan Skating Federation at the time. She was also involved in the selection of athletes.
From the victim player's point of view, Seiko Hashimoto was his "boss" who has the POWER OF LIFE AND DEATH, so to speak.
Imagine this, folks. A boss of the opposite sex is forcing you to kiss, and the team you belong to still hasn't gotten rid of her/him.
How can you speak out against such a person?
There is a good chance that the male athlete is denying the sexual harassment AGAINST HIS WILL because he does not want to lose his job.
Plus, In media reports, there were people who testified that the male athlete did not want to kiss her at first, but Seiko Hashimoto forced on it quite many times.
Therefore It is not acceptable to quibble that "the victim himself is denying it, so there's no problem".

Second point. Keigo Oyamada (former in charge of the music of the Tokyo Olympics opening ceremony) just resigned on July 19 over the issue of his radio talk in past in which he boasted about bullying disabled people. The idea that "it's tolerable because it's in the past" is also not valid.

Now that all the circumstances to protect Seiko Hashimoto are gone, WHY DOESN'T SHE RESIGN?

Unless Seiko Hashimoto is forced to resign before the end of the Olympics (Aug. 8), the precedent will be set that "a man's disparaging remarks about women (former president Mori) deserves resignation, but indecent assault on a man (current president Hashimoto) does not.

This kind of disrespect for men should not be allowed to go unchecked.

 

 

【Solutions】

We need to get Seiko Hashimoto to resign before the closing ceremony of the Olympics AT ANY COST.

Everyone, please speak up.
Here is a concrete example.

• On social networking sites, tweet with the hashtag #WeDoNotNeedSexOffenderHASHIMOTOInOlympics.
• During the Olympics, please stand in places that are likely to be televised (and legally accessible) and hold up a placard that says "We Do Not Need Sex Offender HASHIMOTO In Olympics".
• When you make small talk with your friends, please talk about the bad things that Seiko Hashimoto has done and spread the word that she should quit as president.
