私は、日産自動車子会社で働いています。

私たちの会社でハラスメントが行われているという事実を、すべての人に知ってほしいと思っています。

私自身、役員からのセクシャルハラスメントやパワーハラスメントの被害を受け、PTSDを患いました。

加害者は、複数の女性と交際していると私に話し、私にも身体的接触や性的な発言を繰り返し、さらに「裏切れば解雇する」と脅してきました。

このようなハラスメントは、仕事の生産性を著しく損ない、被害者の心身の健康を深く傷つけます。私だけでなく、声を上げることができなかった被害者もいます。

なぜなら、すべての被害女性を、既婚者である加害者は「従業員とは恋愛関係であった」と弁解しています。

もちろんそのような事実は無いですし、既婚者の男性が役員が従業員と何名も恋愛関係であると弁解すれば罷り通るとされる世の中でいいのでしょうか。

また、私は調査協力の見返りとして補償を約束されましたが、それは守られませんでした。その影響は私だけでなく、無関係な家族にも及んでいます。

当然、これは日産自動車にとっても望ましい事態ではないはずです。しかし、私には加害者である役員を守るために、問題を隠蔽しようとしているように見えます。

私は、かつてのフジテレビの問題と同じように、この出来事が広く社会に知られることで、解決に向かうと信じています。だからこそ、皆さまにこの署名活動へのご協力をお願いしたいのです。

日産自動車がこの問題を真摯に受け止め、すべての裁判で真実が明らかになるように、

そして、これ以上被害者が生まれない社会を実現するために、どうか声を上げてください。

どんなに証拠を残しても、声が大きいほうを守ろうとするのが、今の日産自動車の姿勢です。こんなにも男尊女卑がまかり通る社会を、私たちはこのまま許して良いのでしょうか。

I work at  subsidiary of Nissan Motor Corporation.

I want the world to know that harassment is happening within our company.

I personally suffered sexual and power harassment from an executive, which caused me to develop PTSD.

He told me he was dating multiple women, made physical advances and inappropriate sexual comments toward me, and threatened that I would be fired if I “betrayed” him.

This harassment severely impacted my productivity and harmed my physical and mental health.

And I am not the only victim—there are others who couldn’t raise their voices.

Furthermore, I was promised compensation in exchange for cooperating with the investigation, but that promise was not honored.

This betrayal has affected not only me but also my family, who had nothing to do with the situation.

I believe this is a situation that Nissan should not ignore.

However, I suspect that the company is attempting to cover up the issue to protect the executive involved.

Like past cases exposed in Japan’s media, I believe that bringing this injustice to public attention is the only way to drive change.

That’s why I’m asking for your support in this petition.

Please help us make Nissan recognize the gravity of this issue.

Help us ensure that justice is served in court, and that we create a society where victims can speak up without fear.

Even with solid evidence, Nissan continues to side with those who have the louder voice.
