うさぎ虐待の疑いのある動画・写真、その他動画・配信者（脱糞・1人自慰行為・火事）がTwitter・youtuberき○りんによって投稿・録画記録（拡散）されています。

この男性は3匹のうさぎを迎え入れ3ヶ月と数週間で全匹死なせると言う事実があります。

綺麗なうさぎをお風呂に入れる・外散歩にリードを付け強く何度も引っ張る行為・リードを手放し放置歩道まで走るうさぎを捕まえ道路手前の危険性のある道まで出す→なども。

1匹目は3日間家に帰らなかったとうさぎを餓死させた可能性があります（2日分のご飯水は置いていたと主張）うさぎは本来24時間腸を動かさないといけない動物の為牧草など常に口に出来るモノを置かなければなりません。

3匹死亡後、ツイートにて火葬するお金が無いとリスナー・他人からカンパを求めました。

長期にわたり冷凍保存をしています（1匹はカンパのお金で火葬）また残り2匹は長期冷凍されています。（2023年2月1日現在）

1匹死にTwitter・YouTubeでは視聴者からは勉強してから飼育する助言を無視し

2匹目でもう迎え入れないお願いも全部無視し

3匹目を迎え入れ死なせると言う最悪な話となります。

後の死亡後の生配信にて視聴者から火葬しろと言われるも無視し51時間ゲーム配信もする。証拠あり。

2匹の死体解剖と死因の原因（火炎放射器にて小火騒ぎで中毒死の可能性もあり）配信をバズらせたいとの理由により小火騒ぎを配信にて起こす→その後1匹死亡→10日後もう1匹死亡により全匹全滅。

虐待の可能性が無いか取り調べ・逮捕を求めます。

本人は虐待ではないと言い張っていますが自覚が無い為、署名等を求めます。

うさぎの死亡後→替え歌としてうさぎを死なせてごめん→ミイラにしちゃってごめんとふざける歌も投稿していました。

私が拡散にて↓　　　　　　　　　　　　　　この人にはペットショップ・里親の引き渡しはしないで欲しい拡散をし沢山協力して頂けました。後に違反報告され制限された為に消去。

→訴訟・埋葬の為に振り込みをし、本人特定し訴訟をしたかったので探してました。

     振り込み後2回に渡りあちらの引用リツイートにてコメントを残しました。（振込証明書・埋葬をして欲しい等）残念ながら返信は一切無くコンタクトすら未だに取れていないです。

カンパだけ要求し常識がありません。

 

その後、あちらから弁護士をたてました

あちらの言い分として虐待は無い・精神的な苦痛を受けている・職を失う（配信・動画）などとの理由と現状態となります。

そして人間性問題について↓

ヨハネと称し活動配信していたこの方は自慰行為にて色々な動画が配信されていました。

その行為は少年法に引っかかる程のアダルトにて（モザイク無し）問題行為をしております

環境飼育→全て問題視する必要があります。

うさぎ飼い主の皆様もお怒りの事件となります。

Three precious rabbits died in Japan, and we need your help to prevent it from happening again!

Some Videos and photos which may contain rabbit abuse have been posted and spread on YouTube and Twitter by a male YouTuber Ki**in. He also posted other videos which contain his defecation and masturbation. He also used flame throwers in his living room and set fire to his own house.

There is the fact that this man welcomed 3 rabbits and let them all die within 3 months and a few weeks.
These are some behaviors which may contain rabbit abuses.

1. He forced his rabbits to take a bath(rabbits don’t need to take a bath!!!!), put a leash on his rabbits for outside walks, and pulled their leash very strongly and repeatedly. Moreover, He carelessly let go of the leash, and put his rabbits at risk of traffic accidents.

2. The first rabbit was died due to starvation after he didn’t return home for 3 days. (He claimed he had left enough food and water for 2 days though) Rabbits are animals that need to move their intestines 24/7, they need to have grass and other palatable food available at all times.

After the three rabbits died, he tweeted that he did not have enough money to cremate them and asked for donations from listeners and others. The rabbits have been frozen for a long time (one rabbit was cremated with the money from the fundraising) and the other two rabbits have been frozen for a long time. (as of February 1).

After the death of the first rabbit, his viewers on Twitter and YouTube advised him to learn about rabbits before welcoming another rabbit but he ignored all the advice. He also got the same advice when he welcomed second rabbit but he ignored all of the advice again.
The worst story is that he welcomed the third rabbit and let the all rabbits die.

In a live streaming after his rabbit’s death, he ignored viewer's requests to cremate the rabbit and played a game for 51 hours. (We have a video evidence on it. )

We are asking for an investigation to see if there is any possibility of animal abuse. If there is an abuse, we would like him to be arrested.
We are suspecting a possibility of poisoning by a small fire caused by a flamethrower. Here is what happened after he uses a flamethrower in his living room.
1. He wanted to make a buzz on his live streaming, so he caused a small fire commotion by a flamethrower.
2. One rabbit died (it is his second rabbit)
3. 10 days later, another rabbit died and all of three rabbits were died.

He claims that he was not abusing the rabbits, but he is just not aware of it, so we ask for your signature.
After the death of the rabbit, he also posted a song. In that song, he joked that he was sorry for letting the rabbit die and he was sorry for mummifying them. (it seems like he makes fun of his rabbits’ death.)

 

Here are what I’ve done so far.
1. I tweeted for any pet shop owners and breeders that not letting him to have/welcome any animals. This tweet was spread a lot and got 4,000 retweets and 5,000 "likes". →but the tweet had been deleted due to a violation report.
2. I sent him some money for cremating his rabbits.
3. I tried to identify him to sue him for animal abuse.
4. I left some comments on his tweet to make a direct contact with him but haven’t got any replies.
He only asks for some money and have no common sense.

Here are what he’s done recently.
1. He asked for a lawyer.
His lawyer is claiming that there is no abuse and he is suffering from mental pain. Also he is in a risk of losing his job in live streaming.

Besides an animal abuse, he may have some problems in his character.
He was doing live streaming under the name of "John" and he was masturbating in the various streaming. This act may violate the Juvenile Law.

Many rabbit owners in Japan are very angry at this problem and we must prevent it from happening again!
