القضية 

على مدى العقد الماضي، شهدت بلدة عينكاوه انخفاضا تدريجيا في النسيج الاجتماعي والثقافي لمجتمعنا. كان وجود النوادي الليلية والحانات في قلب البلده عاملا مساهما في هذا التدهور. لم تعد العائلات تشعر بنفس الشعور بالأمان والطمانينه كما كان من قبل، مما يسبب ضائقة كبيرة بين السكان.

ان  التلوث الضوضائي المستمر المنبعث من هذه النوادي والحانات طوال ساعات الليل مضر بالصحة  الجسديه والعقليه للمجتمع مما يجعل من الصعب على العائلات والأفراد الاستمتاع بأمسية مريحة في المنزل.  ان الضوضاء وزيادة حركة المرور بسبب الزوار في وقت متأخر من الليل يشكل خطرا على المشاة والسائقين المحليين على حد سواء، مما يساهم في المخاوف بشأن السلامة على الطرق والحوادث.

ومع ذلك، فإن حوادث العنف والتحرش المتزايدة حول هذه الأماكن هي الأكثر إثارة للقلق. تضاعفت التقارير عن الاضطرابات العامة والسلوك العدواني، مما جعل العديد من أفراد المجتمع - رجالا ونساء وأطفالا - يشعرون بالضعف وعدم الأمان في بيئتهم.

من شأن إغلاق هذه النوادي أن يجدد مجتمعنا المحلي من خلال خفض معدلات الجريمة، واستعادة السلام، وتحسين نوعية الحياة بشكل عام. ستتمكن العائلات من الاستمتاع بمنازلها مرة أخرى دون خوف من الاضطرابات والظروف غير الآمنة. ستصبح الطرق المحلية أكثر أمانا دون الازدحام من حركة المرور الليلية.

نطالب على الإغلاق الفوري لجميع النوادي والحانات الليلية داخل عينكاوه لإعطاء الأولوية لرفاهية سكاننا واستعادة الانسجام في منطقتنا الحبيبة. يعتمد مستقبل مجتمعنا على الإجراءات التي نتخذها اليوم وسيساعدنا في جعل عنكاوه مكانا آمنا وهادئا للعيش فيه مرة أخرى من خلال التوقيع على هذه العريضة.

The Issue

For the past decade, the district of Ankawa has witnessed a gradual decline in the social and cultural fabric of our community. The presence of night clubs and bars in the heart of our neighborhoods has been a contributing factor to this deterioration. Families no longer feel the same sense of safety and well-being as before, which is causing significant distress among the residents.

The constant noise pollution emanating from these establishments disrupts the peace during all hours of the night, making it difficult for families and individuals to enjoy a restful evening at home. Beyond the noise, increased traffic due to late-night visitors poses a danger to pedestrians and local drivers alike, contributing to worries about road safety and accidents. This is leading to sever psychological and emotional challenges which negatively impacts on this peaceful community.

The local authorities are well aware of the circumstances surrounding the incidents of violence and noise related to these establishments, yet they have remained complement in the process of empowering the “power”as suppose to helping the local people. 

More alarming, however, are the growing incidents of violence and harassment around these venues. Reports of public disturbances and aggressive behavior have multiplied, leaving many community members—men, women, and children—feeling vulnerable and unsafe in their own environment.

Closing these establishments would rejuvenate our local community by reducing crime rates, restoring peace, and improving the overall quality of life. Families will be able to enjoy their homes once more without fear of disturbances and unsafe conditions. Local roads will become safer without congestion from nightlife traffic.

We REQUEST the immediate closure of all brothels, night clubs and bars within Ankawa to prioritize the well-being of our residents and restore harmony to our beloved district. The future of our community depends on the actions we take today.
