Lawyer  is constantly engaged in the forcible selection of children, ignoring the recommendations of bailiffs, psychologists, and even a court decision on the child's place of residence, not to mention the child's own resistance!

On August 28, 2018, a 43-year-old mother of two young girls (9 and 7 years old), deprived of parental rights, entered into a preliminary criminal conspiracy with  and his brother Ilya, aimed at abducting children.

In the village of Lamishino, Istra District, using a smoke bomb, imitating a fire and distracting the attention of a grandmother - the mother of the children's father, two young girls were kidnapped from the territory of their summer cottage, after which they were forcibly pushed into a car and fled from the scene in an unknown direction.

Investigators managed to identify the car in which the children were taken away. The driver driving the car was detained. It turned out to be Ilya brother. During the interrogation by the investigator, the man confessed and reported on all the circumstances of the crime he had committed, and all media devices containing information about such abductions, their cost and accomplices were seized from him.

The mother of the children was deprived of parental rights by the decision of the Ostankino District Court. Also, by the decision of the court, the place of residence of the children was determined by the living space of the girls' father. The investigation also has data that the woman had previously been prosecuted for malicious evasion from the payment of funds for the maintenance of children (part 1 of article 157 of the UR RF). 

justifies his actions by the fact that at the time of the abduction his mother appealed against the decision to deprive her of parental rights, and also by the fact that "smoke bombs are sold in any paintball shop." However, the mother of the children, Natalia Razumovskaya, lost the appeal, and remained deprived of parental rights. 

Nevertheless, it is known that the woman paid the man a monetary reward in the amount of 67 thousand rubles for the abduction of children. The girls were handed over to their father, there is no threat to their life and health.

The Investigation Department for the city of Istra of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under paragraphs. "D" "f" part 2 of Art. 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abduction of two minors).

However, they are trying to re-qualify the case from abduction to arbitrariness and ruin it! The materials were sent to the Investigative Committee of Russia to initiate a criminal case against a criminal group, but they were very successfully “lost”!

This is far from the only case of the participation of the lawyer in the cruel selection of children:  pulled the child out of the orphanage by the legs, spitting on the advice of the psychologist about the adaptation period of the child's communication with the mother, who was absent for a long time. 

Another case of provocation: for the sake of entertainment,smeared his foot in the mud and put it next to the wheel, imitating a collision on the leg. Lyubov Ermolova had to spend a whole year proving that accusations were false! The woman was temporarily suspended from driving.

The lawyer  has very strong patrons in the person of his friends, Communist Party deputy Valery Rashkin and the first deputy head of the Investigative Department of the RF IC Yevgenia Minaeva, who do not allow him to be deprived of his lawyer status and hush up the Istra case against his gang. 

Hundreds of complaints from the victims against the lawyer have yielded no results!

Only publicity will help us achieve justice and save children from the encroachments of  and his gang!
