350 семей преподавателей ДВФУ и учёных ДВО РАН 8-й год ждут своего жилья на знаменитом и перспективном острове Русский. Жилищно-строительный кооператив "Остров" был создан в 2012 году по инициативе Шувалова И.И., который обещал построить доступные дома для научного контингента Владивостока в 2014 году! Научный поселок должен был стать органичным дополнением к только что построенному кампусу ДВФУ в части создания уникальной научной среды.

Мы продали квартиры, взяли кредиты, влезли в долги, поверив большим обещаниям. В итоге, первые 4 года были потрачены на бюрократические проволочки. Затем в 2016 году начали строить. В 2018 году Генеральный подрядчик ООО «ИСК «Аркада» практически остановил строительство, потратив почти все собранные деньги горемык учёных. Кооператив ведет судебные тяжбы, которым, вероятно, не будет конца в ближайшие годы. Помочь в разрешении ситуации вызвалось АО «ДОМ.РФ». Во время ВЭФ-2019 Правительством России была подписана директива о выделении денег, но сейчас стройка снова ОСТАНОВИЛАСЬ – Наблюдательный совет ДОМ.РФ на неопределенное время отложил решение по финансированию без указания причин. 

Мы устали существовать в жалких условиях съёмного жилья. Наши дети выросли в мечтах о доме, собаке, велосипеде, которые так и не сбылись.

350 families of professors and lecturers of Far Eastern Federal University and researchers of the Far Eastern Branch of Russian Academy of Science have been desperately waiting for their houses for 7 years that were supposed to be built on a well-known and prospective Russky Island (Vladivostok, Russia).

Far back in 2012 Far Eastern academics established a housing association “Ostrov” that was supported by a high official of the Russian government Igor Shuvalov. It was he who promised to build affordable housing for professors, researchers and lecturers in Vladivostok! The residential area for the academic staff was supposed to blend in with a new campus of Far Eastern Federal University, creating a unique scientific environment.

We invested in the housing development project. Believing generous promises of the Russian officials we had to sell our flats, take out loans, get into debts. As a result, we wasted on time-consuming bureaucracy almost 4 years. Only in 2016 we embarked on the construction project. In 2018, the construction was almost suspended by the general contractor LL “Arcada”, having spent all the money we, unlucky academics, could scarcely collect. At the moment he housing association is conducting endless trials. A state-owned company “Dom.rf” offered to help resolve a standoff. In the course of the Eastern Economic Forum 2019, the Russian government issued a directive, prescribing to allocate funding on completion of the construction. The hope emerged that we would get our houses at last in summer 2019. Unfortunately, our hopes have not been fulfilled. All operation on the construction site have been ceased – the Supervisory Board of Dom.rf has postponed a decision on funding the project sine die.

We, Russian academics, are tired of living in the miserable conditions of rented housing, burdened with unbearable loans. Our children have grown up in dreams of a house, a dog and a bicycle that have not come true.

STOP TORTURING US AND GIVE US THE HOUSES WE PAID FOR!!!
