Για χρόνια έπρεπε να βλέπουμε τους κατοίκους της Ρόδου να στερούνται τα προς το ζην. Οι ντόπιοι και οι επιχειρήσεις αναγκάστηκαν να παραιτηθούν επειδή οι "επενδυτές" κατακλύζουν το νησί.

Ένα φαινόμενο που αυτή τη στιγμή γίνεται όλο και πιο διαδεδομένο, αφαιρεί πλέον τα προς το ζην από περισσότερους Ροδίτες.

Η μία παραλία μετά την άλλη "καταλαμβάνεται" από επενδυτές.
Η Τσαμπίκα, η παραλία Αγκαθί και σύντομα η παραλία Αφάντου.

Οι αυθαίρετες κατασκευές εξαπλώνονται σαν μάστιγα στη Ρόδο, με την αυθαιρεσία να ξεπερνά όλα τα όρια της νομιμότητας

Καταρχήν, πρέπει να σημειωθεί ότι, σύμφωνα με την ελληνική νομοθεσία, οι παραλίες είναι δημόσιοι χώροι που πρέπει να είναι πάντα προσβάσιμοι σε όλους τους ανθρώπους .

Οι νέες νομικές ρυθμίσεις που ψηφίστηκαν στην Κορώνη το έτος 2020, προβλέπουν πλέον ότι η έκταση της παραλίας που μπορεί να ενοικιάζεται από εταιρείες για την ενοικίαση ξαπλωστρών και ομπρελών έχει αυξηθεί κατά 200 τετραγωνικά μέτρα από 300 σε 500 τετραγωνικά μέτρα. Η έκταση που πρέπει να παραμένει ελεύθερη σε ολόκληρη την παραλία έχει μειωθεί από 60 σε 50 τοις εκατό. Μπροστά από ξενοδοχειακές εγκαταστάσεις, έχουν αρθεί όλοι οι περιορισμοί στη χρήση της παραλίας. Ως αποτέλεσμα, οι παραλίες με πολλά ξενοδοχεία έχουν γίνει ιδιωτικές παραλίες.

Τώρα σε αυτές τις μέρες συμβαίνει
Στην παραλία Αγκάθι, δυνάμεις ασφαλείας έχουν εμφανιστεί στην παραλία και ελέγχουν όποιον πλησιάζει, απαγορεύοντας στους κατοίκους ή τους τουρίστες του νησιού να βγάλουν φωτογραφίες!
Παράλληλα, ανεγείρονται στο χώρο καντίνες, ξαπλώστρες και σουίτες και μια σειρά από άλλες κατασκευές

Όλα αυτά σε μια παραλία,

-από την οποία οι ντόπιοι ενοικιαστές ξαπλωστρών έπρεπε να φύγουν μετά από 20 χρόνια.

-η οποία είναι αρχαιολογική ζώνη όπου απαγορεύεται αυστηρά.

- η οποία πρέπει να είναι ελεύθερα προσβάσιμη στο ευρύ κοινό.

Τι κάνουν η Αρχαιολογική Υπηρεσία, η Εισαγγελία Ρόδου, η Αστυνομία, η Εταιρεία Ακινήτων Δημοσίου, το Λιμενικό Σώμα και άλλοι συντελεστές για την κατάσταση αυτή ;

Απαιτούμε

Να αναλάβουν τις ευθύνες τους και να δράσουν πριν να είναι πολύ αργά.

Απαιτούμε οι παραλίες να χρησιμοποιούνται προς όφελος του κοινωνικού συνόλου και όχι να αντιμετωπίζονται ως μέσο για τεράστια κέρδη από μεγαλοεπιχειρηματίες που καταπατούν την ανάγκη των ανθρώπων για ξεκούραση και αναψυχή.

Δεν θα μείνουμε άπραγοι και χρειαζόμαστε τη στήριξή σας.

Υπογράψτε αυτό το ψήφισμα αν θέλετε ακόμα να πάτε αύριο σε μια παραλία μόνο με μια πετσέτα.

 

For years we have had to watch the people of Rhodes being deprived of their livelihood. Locals and businesses have had to give up because "investors" are overrunning the island.

A phenomenon that is currently becoming more and more widespread is now taking away the livelihood of more Rhodians.

Arbitrary constructions are spreading like a plague on Rhodes, with arbitrariness crossing all boundaries of legality

First of all, it should be noted that, according to Greek law, beaches are public places that must always be accessible to all people .

The new legal regulations adopted in the Corona year 2020, now provide that the beach area that can be rented by companies for the rental of deckchairs and umbrellas has been increased by 200 square metres from 300 to 500 square metres. The area that must remain clear of the entire beach has been reduced from 60 to 50 per cent. In front of hotel facilities, all restrictions on the use of the beach have been lifted. As a result, beaches with many hotels have become private beaches.

At Agathi Beach, security forces have appeared on the beach and are checking everyone who approaches, forbidding residents or tourists of the island to take photos!
At the same time, canteens, sun loungers and suites and a number of other constructions are being erected on site

All this on a beach,

-from which the local sunbed renters had to leave after 20 years.

-which is an archaeological zone where it is strictly forbidden.

- which must be freely accessible to the general public.

What are the Archaeological Service, the Rhodes Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the Public Real Estate Company, the Coast Guard and other contributors doing about this situation ?

we demand

Take responsibility and act before it is too late.

We demand that beaches be used for the benefit of society as a whole and not treated as an instrument for huge profits by big businessmen who trample on people's need for rest and recreation.

We will not stand idly by and need your support.

Seit Jahren müssen wir mit ansehen, wie den Menschen auf Rhodos die Existenz genommen wird. Lokale und Geschäfte mussten aufgeben, weil "Investoren" die Insel überrennen.

Ein Phänomen, welches sich aktuell immer mehr verbreitet, nimmt nun weiteren Rhodiern die Existenz.

Ein Strand nach dem anderen wird durch Investoren "übernommen".
Tsampika, Agathi Beach und demnächst auch Afandou Beach.

Willkürliche Konstruktionen breiten sich auf Rhodos aus wie eine Seuche, wobei die Willkür alle Grenzen der Legalität überschreitet 

Zunächst ist festzuhalten, dass Strände nach griechischem Recht öffentliche Orte sind, die immer für alle Menschen zugänglich sein müssen

Die im Corona Jahr 2020  verabschiedeten neuen gesetzlichen Regelungen, sehen nun vor, dass die Strandfläche, welche von Unternehmen für das Vermieten von Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen gepachtet werden kann, um 200 Quadratmeter von 300 auf 500 Quadratmeter angehoben wurde. Die Fläche, die vom gesamten Strand frei bleiben muss, wurde von 60 auf 50 Prozent verkleinert . Vor Hotelanlagen, wurden alle Beschränkungen für die Nutzung des Strandes aufgehoben. Das hat zur folge, dass Strände mit vielen Hotels, quasi Privatstrände geworden sind.

Jetzt in diesen Tagen passiert
Am Agathi Beach sind Sicherheitskräfte am Strand aufgetaucht und kontrollieren jeden, der sich nähert, und verbieten den Bewohnern oder Touristen der Insel, Fotos zu machen!
Gleichzeitig werden vor Ort Kantinen, Sonnenliegen und -suiten und eine Reihe anderer Konstruktionen aufgebaut 

All dies an einem Strand,

-von dem die einheimischen Liegenvermieter nach 20 Jahren gehen mussten.

-der eine archäologische Zone ist, wo es strengstens verboten ist. 

- der für die Allgemeinheit frei zugängig sein muss

Was tut der Archäologische Dienst, die Staatsanwaltschaft von Rhodos, die Polizei, die öffentliche Immobiliengesellschaft, die Küstenwache und  andere Mitverantwortliche gegen diese Situation ?

Wir fordern

Übernehmt Verantwortung und handelt, bevor es zu spät ist.

Wir fordern, dass die Strände zum Wohle der gesamten Gesellschaft genutzt werden und nicht als Instrument für riesige Gewinne von Großunternehmern behandelt werden, die das Bedürfnis der Menschen nach Ruhe und Erholung mit Füßen treten.

Wir wollen nicht tatenlos zusehen und brauchen Eure Unterstützung.
