Mass DEP onsite at Birch Drive - June 27th or June 28th

Hi everyone Megan Selby from DEP called me to let me know that she would like to let us know that she will be out on site on the above dates. She was here before and denied them previously. When it comes to denying them again its all related to the Wetlands Protection Act they govern over. We could be there in person and tell her or could give her a list of objections that she will consider based on wetland only.
