The internet is our gateway to the world. It's dishearting that our ISPs feel the need to throttle usage and predetermined points during the day. This makes a mockery of the term unlimited which is both misleading and dishonest.

Users capped data also dissappears without warning or recourse, and the ISPs always have an excuse without proper investigations.

Customers are also tired of the poor customer service they receive, which includes but is not limited to lack of information, delayed responses and ridiculing of customers who have lost their data.
