Vote on the motion 22 October Joondalup

Brian BwogaBeldon, Australia
Oct 20, 2024

In January /15 /2024 our world became shattered following the death of our beautiful little boy ZaZa  (aged  22 months)who sadly choked on Grapes from his best friend. Shortly after I started the ZaZa’s Foundation with the  intention of providing LifeVac anti-choking devices free of charge into play groups , childcare , schools settings, including training to use them.

We came across LifeVac shortly after his death and thought what an amazing device this is and we strongly believe it would have helped ZaZa  stand a chance of still being here today. LifeVac is a regulated medical device and is licensed in the  Australia  under TGA and around the world to be used by anyone in a choking emergency, including on children.

LifeVac is not a first aid device, it is a medical device to be used when first aid fails or cannot be performed. Backed by multiple peer-reviewed medical publications proving safety, effectiveness, lives saved, comparison studies and ease of use.

Joondalup WA, the council is voting this Tuesday October 22  @ 6:30 pm on a motion to install LifeVac devices throughout all council facilities and sporting fixtures in the area. City of Joondalup will be the first council to install LifeVac along side defibrillator managed by the local council

We need 7 votes out of 13 votes in total to pass the motion . If you are a resident of City of Joondalup or a voter in western Australia 🇦🇺 please reach out to your ward council member and recommend them to consider to pass the motions
