Grief and courage

It most certainly takes great courage...and when you find yours smiling through the tears...that is courage. When you find yourself getting dressed, brushing your teeth, eating decently...that IS courage. When you find yourself going out of your way for someone else, that IS courage...to step out of your grief into someone else's. And when someone is stepping into YOUR grief...that IS courage indeed!
