It looks like Onision is on the prowl again.  He copyright claimed a video of mine from when I was 15, even though it completely follows Fair Use Laws.  I disputed the claim.  Within an hour, he denied my dispute.  I tried to use an appeal -- which he, again, denied.  YouTube will erase my video and apply a strike to my account if I don't delete my video within the next seven days.

I won't be deleting my video.  I will fight all the way to the end.

But this is the lowest I've ever seen Onision stoop to.  My account had around a mere 250 subscribers when I posted the video, and it only got 350 views.  Besides that... I'm a minor.  I can't hire a lawyer take this to court independently.  If Onision decides to file legal charges against me, I might be screwed. 

This has become a case of YouTube elitism, where Onision is able to belittle defenseless creators... and get away with it.
