to stop the over censorship and monetization on youtube

Ever since last year when the controversy with ad's wanting to pull out of YouTube video's because of a few videos content, youtube has been unfairly censoring and monitizing videos. This can be seen all around YouTube and has been getting much worse. The main problem is with YouTube's algortithems, any video that has a controversial topic, automatically gets flagged, and now when being reviewed by YouTube employees, are being taken down and age restricted unfairly because of the fear of losing advertisments. This is severely impacting creators who cover controversial topics, and there is not enough communication between YouTube and these channels and they could (some have) lose their channels. The reason this effects me is because I subscribe to a lot of content creators that cover controversial topics and they are being greatly affected by these changes.

We are asking YouTube to be specific to their own guidelines and have better communication between themselves and the creators. By signing this petition you are telling YouTube you won't put up with the unfair censoring of content just because of the topic even if it follows the guidelines.
