YouTube: Reinstate The Parent Tap — a clean channel wrongfully terminated

The Issue

On August 14, 2026, YouTube permanently deleted The Parent Tap — an independent parenting-media channel with a completely clean record: no strikes, no bans, no warnings, ever.

It was terminated under YouTube's Circumvention policy, a rule meant to stop people who create new channels to dodge an existing suspension. I never did any of that. My channel was a real, policy-compliant business — 2,000+ subscribers, 50,000+ views, weekly live parenting shows, and the sponsorships and podcast traffic that came with it.

My appeal was filed the same day and denied about four hours later — an automated verdict with no human being ever looking at the file.

Here's the proof it's a mistake: my termination notice says the Circumvention penalty applies to "all of your existing channels." But the other channels on my account — @R-mak, @R-maksdad, and @jakenightmore — are still live and untouched. A real circumvention finding would have reached them too. It didn't, because there was no circumvention.

What's happening to me is happening to small creators everywhere: a false automated flag, a single appeal with no human review, and current YouTube Terms that cap any relief at $500 while requiring creators to sue in a California court. For a small channel, that's the death of your audience and your business overnight.

What I'm asking:
1. A manual, human re-review of my channel's file.
2. Reinstatement of The Parent Tap — my followers, my videos, my brand.
3. If I cannot be reinstated, a reopened, appealable path and a clear explanation of what, exactly, the system flagged.

I started fresh once. I'm not trying to cheat the system — I'm asking YouTube to look at the file a human has never seen. Please sign if you believe automation shouldn't get to end a small creator's business.
