Have you ever encountered these ads on YouTube?

Bullying on their body shapes, or even boys cheating on their girlfriends due to their body shapes.
All these ads seem to me as if it is WRONG to have different shapes in our body, or even they are humiliating.Or, the description is such that it is consumed sexually regardless of female or male.
 
The gender, whether female or male, does not matter. Don’t you agree that there are too many ads saying, “Have you experienced someone mistreated you, making fun of your BODY? You can FIX your problem if you get our products!”
I am pretty sure there are many people, including myself, who got hurt because of these ads.
Why don’t we take actions to take down these ads?
