For the last 4 years Bastian has been held by the L.A.P.D. and Van Nuys court system. 4 years ago something that didnt need to happen, happened and I will tell you the 100% truth of what happened. Sebastian is the product of two extremely abusive parents, he spent alot of his teen years, an autistic person on the street. Because Bas is intelligent, people assume he isn't autistic but his lack of understanding for other people being dangers, certian actions and statements he makes, what there cause and affect will be; regardless the cold and traumatic life he lived Bas still has never stop trying to help people, preserving himself and trying to survive. Bas and me lived together, and it was he bedt time of my life even so ill, he nursed me on the verge of dying back to health. Bathing, cooking, feeding, massage my stomach to function just to name a few. I myself had lost my father to a murder the L.A.P.D. covered up as a suicide though that was impossible do to the facts, and the Neo Nazi who killed him is alive living in the home we rented for over a decade, within 3 months of my father; as I was sick in the hospital states away. My baby sister of 13 passed from my mother's deadly negligence me unawareshe was in a strangers custody. Ive lost over 9 family members having to do with that women, before she ODed. Bas protected me, and gave me things no one but the only other person in my life did. Because of COVID, money and factors unrelated to this incident, bas rented a room in canoga Park. The landlord rented another room to a man, a very dangerous one, and that's where this ball starts to roll, to create the day in question. A series of unjust horrific events. Jacob was a raging alcoholic, extremely violent, he threatened me, and many people to beat us. But living with Bas, he had a target he could torture, knowing Bas had no relatives to protect him. Bas shattered his coxis and injured his spine when he was younger, a shattered coxis does not heal, he had been like so, so many ill people addict to the medicine Dr's gave him, but the Dr's eventual stop, but you still need the pain to go away. So Bas struggling with addiction. Though he did he still held jobs, he still took care of me, he still tried to help others, he asked alot but he never became a criminal or anyone but someone who wasnt in horrible pain. As someone who deals with chronic pain everyday, I can tell you, its like living in hell. Years go by, Bas is getting worse, as COVID and Jacob's treatment get worse, an Autistic sick 23 year old just trying not to be drowned. That was until a month before the day in question, a gang accused bas of something he didnt do, I was spending time with bas when they arrived, 7 men, tried to beat bas, they hit him, stomped him, he told me to stand back as no one in the neighborhood would do anything, I couldn't let them take my joy, this boy who didnt deserve this in any means or measure, so I threw my body over his on the ground and screamed if your going to kill him, you have to kill me. Thats when the police arrived, they questioned people, and made no arrest, but even more negligent not even a report! Bas and I could see our lives meant nothing to the state of California. That's when their harassment and stalking started, threatening to kill him still, death by them was looming. Could you imagine? Being Autistic, having so much pain from your back you have to take poison to make it stop, and have two parties trying to kill you because they needed to feel powerful over someone who couldnt protect themselves and who this so called law system would do nothing to protect. Thats when Bas got a fire arm. He wasnt some gun weilding threat he never had one until this. He was a scared boy who wasnt ever raised to be a man who didnt wanna die by these people's hands, Jacob's threats continued, I was in Bas's room when he threatened to bash, his head into the toilet, when bas told him he might have clogged it before, thinking he fixed it but to let him know. He still gave Jacob so much respect, despite the fear and death he intimidated everyday, Jacob's girlfriend assaulting him, bas sleeping on the floor of one of the other rooms many a night to feel safe. The gang messages, to him it was a matter of time before they got him. He was..dying inside, he was terrified, I cried & cried at night for my father not knowing what to do to save the person I love so much. I told bas not to get the fire arm, but how could I? How could I justify not have protecting when we had none? Nightmares of that gang doing to his face what they did, as they laughed at our horror. I cant imagine what horrific dreams my Bastian was having. Finally I thought, there could be a solution, Bas's "father" who came to torment or harm one of us every couple months claimed he took out a PPP loan so bas could go to rehab and get the help he needed. I was so happy, we could move, leave Los Angeles that eats the souls of our generation like candy throwing our bodies in the trash like wrappers. The VERY week Bas was supposed to go, me unaware Sean has used the money on his heroine addiction, but knowing Bas was at the end of his robe, and would be safe for the first time in what seemed like forever. Bas wasnt picking up my calls, even more his other roommate said she hasnt seen him at the house. I was in a state of hysteria, I myself am type 2 bipolar, and this was already causing large vomiting bouts. I called, over 80 times in thise 4 days, Bas knowing what I didnt about Sean, had gotten messages from the gang and a horrific attack from Jacob. If Bas was so dangerous, if was was this person the court slanders him to be, by not just shoot Jacob? But that wasnt, and never has been his nature. Sept 24; the day it happened has was starving, withdrawing, having an episode from his autism, possible brain damage from the attack a month prior(i have photos of his face), met a man, the man offered bas a joint, which is legal in California, Bas was looking for some relief from his back pain and maybe the stop his scream nerves from screaming. The man laced it, and though I cannot prove it, the way this has all happened; the way they are trying to frame him and change the story, i..dont know anymore if this man was just some random man.(upon his arrested they rescued to drug test him tho requested) Regardless, Bas was poisoned, he felt out of his mind , if you could even feel more so than what he was enduring, the terror only growing, lack of control over his body, and not knowing where to go or what to do. Bas entered a fast food restaurant, even in his state politely asked for water, and maybe some food. They obliged with water, he went into the bathroom. And thats were the lies of this corrupt system become horrific, painting Bas in a character to fit what they wanted. Bas was in the bathroom. Imagine, not even after being poisoned to be able to sit on a toilet seat, meant for anyone needed to use it, the manager with prejudice assumed Bas was homeless, coming to harass him in the bathroom, and threaten him with police. The police? The very people who wouldnt help us in anyway because he took up one stall in any empty bathroom, for the crime of being homeless(which he wasnt) under this managers watch. Bas broke, he screamed at him, threatened him, and walked out. Bas was out of this reality, I really cant even say in words the evil endured in which he was so passed what any being should go through, dehumaized, embarrassed, degraded, discarded, and condemned in every sense. So, after he was out of the restaurant and a good distance, he went to his chest pouch, that had the firearm, pulling it out, it discharging two times accidently, and 4 into the ground and sky. It his scream of rage of utter hurt that he had nothing, and no one would simply stop attacking him or see his soul tearing. No one was hurt, one bounced and hit the glass window, the people were so far from the glass, that no one even was cut by the glass. Bas then, walked to a bank right by the incident, talked to a man having a normal conversation, then walked not even a block to an alley, and stood in it. Now I will tell you that he is being charged with 6 counts of attempted murder, they want over 20 years of his life, they have taken 4 with no conviction, they blasted on the news that he has a known transient who went inside and trying to shoot it up, they push the story all the way to Australia. Why did they do this? Because they thought Bas was homeless, and family less, to quote Fox News, he was a known transient at a local homeless camp, that homeless people were an impeding danger and that this was going to be one of many attacks by the homeless who they wish to demonize to justify their lack of humanity toward them. Do you see, what they attempted to do? Many of you know what they try to do when they have someone they dont want to exist make them an enemy but all ask you the questions any source of justice would ask and the logical answer. If he was competent, why didnt he run? Why didnt he toss the firearm? Why didnt he hide? The police has been called, ehy dod he have no sense to cover it up, if he know what he did. And of the "murder attempt" why didnt he just walk back inside? There was nothing stopping him if murder was his goal to just walk inside and kill the 6, of 11 people they claimed he was trying to kill. I was in court one day waiting for his, and a man who committed armed robbery, at 50, who had a life of crime, opened fire an active gun fight, it killed an innocent man with a loving family. He got 5 years. 5 years. Time served. So, as anyone can see the people inside, im sure were scared, and Bas deeply regrets scaring them, but in no way were they targets, no one was, in the thousands of ways he could have actual killed those people, there was no intent and under California law attempted murder must have intent. There was none. They took a withdrawing, scared boy who thought it was a dream, and put him in a box, by the advising of government of California's own medical board withdrawing from fentanyl, with no medical aid, is over a 70 percent chance of death. And this they knew, and they let him suffer in great pain, seizures raking his body, vomiting, extreme stomach cramps ontop of the back pain he was taking it for, and the mental trauma of it all. Since Bas has been in, this 4 years our hearts have been shattered, he has gotten an education, but this is the vital part, instead of being mad at a system that his only crime was discharging in a public dwelling, ignoring every factor ive told you which shows in everyway he didnt have the mental compacity to know reality from a dream, much less try to somehow target 6 people out of 11 to get through a window the "lawyer" admitted you couldnt see through at that time of day. Bas has joined, and is now running a program, this program takes care of Neurodivergant people they have locked away without proper care. Bas has lifted that program from the dust, he does everything from teaching classes about self love, teaching them peace, and how to move forward, he cleans all vomit, feces, lice that are in his tank as the janitor, he has painted murals there, he does pill call, he helps them spell, he cleans them, serves meals, he cares for them like children, Bas was elected by the inmates who run the program with him to lead with in less than 7 months. He braids the inmates hair for free, his a brilliant artist he teaches people like us, who no one cares for that they arent no body, in fact they are someone special. How is he not valuable to society? After everything hes endured hoe is he a threat? With all these factors and even more I cannot beginning to describe this fake system still wants a cop of 15 years atleast, for murders he never tried to commit. Please, as someone who has been put in a wheelchair because I didnt have him to protect me, the man who assaulted me never so much as being questioned same with the man who sexual assaulted me, same with the man who murdered my father. I wake up everyday around vicious criminals, as they bled tax payers money to try to frame an autistic boy for a much larger purpose, and because I dont have the money I cant buy his freedom. His 6 million dollar bail. Bas would have protected me so I never would have had to be in a wheelchair, so I wouldn't have another scar from the many assaults of every kind this so called justice system hasnt blinked an eye at. I impore you, read my words, hear my story, we need help, we have been denied in every fashion, please dont let them take the one thing I still have. I may be an orphan, a sick cripple they have no value to them, but both of us have done so much from those around us, and all we ask is please stand with us. He has serve 4 years though he was a victim of so much, he endured endlessly and still came out to do more good then they have every done. And I know there are good people out there. Please, see us. Because they wish to make us invisible. I feared out hears in these words, I hope the truth matters, they cant keep taking the truth away.
