Facebook Login Preventing you from signing?

Open a private or incognito window and go to this link and simply sign. I had to do this repeatedly for several people yesterday. #FacebookSafety is actively fighting this petition? *Why* Daniel Lusner is showing up as being logged in when people attempt to sign and says they've already signed. Which is a fake name for #FacebookSafety operator account.
