Yelp has generally been found to be immune under the Communications Decency Act section 230. Patients are immune under HIPAA. What protects the doctors?? The decision making should not be up for critique unless the person understands medicine and the healthcare system. The medical board is available for medical complaints not Yelp! We need to get the word out. Many people have no idea that doctors can't defend themselves on Yelp. Please spread the word and get more signatures.
