For years Mark Happe has been abusing and neglecting dogs under the guise of a dog “rescue,” Pets Return Home in Clarkdale, AZ. The list of animal crimes have been attested to by many former volunteers.

A few highlights include: Dog fights that he has facilitated, dogs being choked, dragged, kept in tiny crates and hit with tasers. Puppies have lost pieces of their faces, have been thrown against walls, had bones broken and worse. Other horrors are evidenced by a police investigation of the killing of a dog Happe shot in the head.

Happe presents himself as an expert in canine behavior. Yet it is clear that he lacks any real credentials or knowledge of dogs. His 503c “charity” preys on the naivety of the public while forcing dogs to pay the price.

But we say ENOUGH! We won’t be silent anymore. Please join us by signing the petition calling for the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Department, to investiate Mark Happe for animal cruelty and shut down his operation of dog abuse.
