To the Concerned Owners at Yarcobr:
Since the last vote on the clubhouse, at every club board meeting, those people that voted to tear down the clubhouse are still complaining about mold and refusing to enter the clubhouse, hoping they will get the board to overturn our vote to repair and renovate.
We have been told multiple times by the clubhouse committee that all mold has been eradicated and the building will be tested monthly for mold. Their refusal to use the clubhouse has caused multiple problems. In particular, the head of the fitness committee has told us that with the lack of participants, she will have to shut down many exercise classes, taking away one of our amenities.
There are people that don’t want to spend anything to repair or replace a/c as they feel it is good money after bad. In all of our homes, we always must repair, replace, or maintain our appliances. How is this any different?
The people that do go to the exercise classes have no complaint about mold or a/c. PLEASE, if you believe in the repair and renovate concept that we voted for, and the exemplary work that the clubhouse committee has completed in just a matter of months to reopen the clubhouse after it was shut down for three years,…..PLEASE USE THE CLUBHOUSE. Show the people that still want to tear down that we are happy with the outcome of our vote, we want them to put their fear mongering aside, and to finally move on with what we have voted for twice. Lets see the card room and the exercise classes full.
