Before I started this petition, I called the Buffalo Bill State Park office after hearing a rumor about RV campsites at the end of Bartlett. I was told 95 RV campsites were going in. 

The state is arguing these are just temporary sites. There is no such thing as temporary revenue. Once the campsite is started it will be difficult to remove and will continue to expand. 

Deputy Director Dave Glenn said this doesn’t have to go in if local residents don’t want it.

A meeting is being held Monday night at 6pm to get feedback from residents. 

I know it’s inconvenient to drive to the Northfork for the meeting. I urge you to make the small sacrifice now so we are all not complaining for years about what we could have stopped by showing up to the meeting.
