Stop stigmatising people with mental illness with offensive halloween costumes

Stop stigmatising people with mental illness with offensive halloween costumes
The Issue
Last year Asda and Thorpe Park were both called to account for having costumes and attractions that turned mental illness into something to celebrate and poke fun at during the Halloween period.
Joke.co.uk have an entire section dedicated to 'Pyschos' and 'Schizos' This is offensive, stigmatising and extremely damaging not only to public perception of mental illness, but also the people affected by it. It's not right, and it should stop.
