JI SEROKA PARLAMENTOYA KURDISTANÊ RE
Birêz Seroka Parlamentoya Kurdistanê Rêwaz Fayiq, wek ku cenabê te jî dizane, Mistefa Selîmiyê ku wek endam û pêşmergeyekî PDKa Rohilatê Kurdistanê bû, di nîsana sala 2003an de ji bal pasdaran ve hatibû girtin û li girtîgeha Seqizê bi cih bûbû, M.Selîmî piştî 17 salan, di 17ê meha adara sala 2020an de ji girtîgehê direve Başûrê Kurdistanê û li bajarokê Penciwînê xwe teslîmî asayişê YNKê dike. M.Selîmî piştî ku li herêma Silêmaniyê rojekê binçav dimîne, ji bal heman asayişê ve, sed mixabin radestî pasdarên Îran dibe û pasdar jî di demeke kurt de, bi cezayê sêdarê dawiyê li jiyana vî mêrxasê kurd tînin!
Sosreteke mezin e ev! Bêbextî û xiyanet e. Navê vê welatkujî ye. Pêşmerge welat e, û welatkujiyê rûda ye! Miletê kurd xemgîn, welat xemgîn, Kurdistan xemgîn e!
Em wek ronakbîr, pêzan û rêzanên, alîgir û dilxwazên doza kurd û Kurdistanê, vê xiyaneta mezin şermezar dikin, ji cenabê Seroka Parlamentoya Kurdistanê bi dilekî şikestî daxwaza ku bi hemû hêza xwe ve li ser vê karesata kesnedîtî raweste, asas berpirsên karesatê derxîne holê û teslîmî edalet û yasayên Kurdistanê bike!

بۆ سەرۆکی پارلەمانی کوردستان
بەڕێز سەرۆکی پارلەمانی کوردستان، ڕێواز فایەق
وەک ئێوەش ئاگادارن، مستەفا سەلیمی که ئەندام و پێشمەرگەی حیزبی دیموکراتی کوردستان (ڕۆژهەڵات) بووه، له مانگی نیسانی ساڵی 2003 دا لەلایەن پاسدارانەوە گیراوە و بەندیخانەی سەقز بەند کرابوو. مستەفا سەلیمی دوای 17 ساڵان، له 17 ی مانگی ئاداری ساڵی 2020 له بەندیخانه ڕادەکات بۆ باشوری کوردستان و له شارۆچکەی پێنجوێن خۆی تەسلیمی ئاسایشی یەکێتی نیشتمانی کوردستان دەکات. مستەفا سەلیمی دوای ئەوەی ڕۆژێک له هەرێمی سلێمانی لەژێر چاوەدێریدا دەمێنێ، لەلایەن ئاسایشەوە، بەداخەوە ڕادەستی پاسداران دەکرێتەوه و پاسدارانیش له دەمێکی کورتدا بە سزای لەسێدارەدان کۆتایی بە ژیانی ئەو جوانمێره کورده دەهێنن.
زۆر سەیره، بێبەختی و خیانەتە، ئەو کارە وڵاتکوژییە. پێشمەرگه وڵاتە و وەڵاتکوژی ڕوویداوه. نەتەوەی کورد خەمگینه، وڵات خەمگینه، کوردستان خەمگینه.
ئێمه وەک کۆمەڵێک ڕووناکبیر، لایەنگر و دڵخوازی دۆزی کورد و کوردستان، ئەم خیانەتە گەورەیه شەرمەزار دەکەین و به دڵێکی شکاوەوه، داوا له سەرۆکی پارلەمانی کوردستان دەکەین که بە هەمووی تواناوە لەم کارەساتە بکۆڵنەوه، بەرپرسانی ئەم کارەساتە بدۆزنەوە و ڕادەستی دادپەروەری و یاسای کوردستانیان بکەن.

To the Speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament, Dear Rewaz Fayeq Hussein.
As you are aware of the case of Mustafa Salimi, who was a member and Peshmergs (East- Kurdistan) has been brought to the attention of Kurds the last days. Due to political activity, Mustafa Salimi was taken by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in 2003. He was given a death sentence and was serving 17 years of prison in the city of Saqqez. On March 27, 2020, 70 prisoners escaped from a prison in Saqqez, fearing the spread of the deadly coronavirus. One of the escapees was Mustafa Salimi, who managed to escape over to the border to South- Kurdistan, near the town of Penjwin. He was brought in by the local PUK Asayish (security) forces and brought to Penjwin. He stayed there for three days, both local people who hosted him and his own family confirms. According to several sources, including his own family who did talk to Salimi hours before his execution, Mustafa Salimi had explained to the local PUK Asayish that he is a pollical prisoner and will be executed if they hand him over to the Iranians. After couple of days in custody, unfortunately, Mustafa Salimi was handed over to Iranian Revolutionary Guards. He was executed in Saqqez on Saturday, April 11, 2020.
It is odd, unfortunate and treason, those unacceptable actions. The Peshmerga fiercely defends our beloved country, but a terrible act of treason has happened. The Kurdish people by heart are in unspeakable sorrow, our great country, Kurdistan, are in sorrow.
As a group of notable academics, we heartily support the Kurdish cause and freedom for Kurdistan, and condemn those great acts of treason. We ask with a broken heart, the head of the parliament of Kurdistan Regional Government, to properly utilize all of her executive power to investigate this terrible incident. We demand that those responsible for this action be arrested and brought to justice in the court of the Kurdistan Region.
