Garmany is a decorated former law enforcement officer, devoted father of his two sons and has taken on the role of a father figure to his fiancé’s two daughters, and proud American patriot. He is calling on President Donald J. Trump and the American people to stand with him in demanding justice, the overturning of a wrongful conviction, and the full restoration of his civil rights.

Garmany  spent many years fighting crime and corruption in Florida—leading major drug busts, arresting violent offenders (including illegal immigrants committing serious crimes), and earning multiple commendations for outstanding service. He took a stand against corrupt local officials—and they retaliated.

In 2018, Garmany became the target of political persecution. He was falsely charged and coerced into a plea deal in a case riddled with prosecutorial misconduct, corruption, and media manipulation. The former elected State Attorney who was indicted for taking bribes and substantial amounts of money to prosecute cases was sentenced to prison—yet the current local  administration continues to pursue Garmany.

All of the charges against Garmany have been dropped—except one count of, official misconduct, which is still under legal challenge.

Like President Trump, Garmany has been attacked by corrupt insiders for standing up for what is right. He has refused to back down. He is ready to take a polygraph, speak under oath, and has already formally requested a federal law enforcement agency  that specializes in corrupt public officials to fully investigate the corruption that destroyed his life and career.

This is not just about one man—it’s about the millions of Americans who’ve been wronged by a justice system that no longer serves the people. This is about restoring integrity, accountability, and faith in our country.

With President Trump’s support,  Garmany hopes to:

            •          Clear his name and have his conviction overturned

            •          Restore his civil rights, including the right to run for public office

            •          Run for Sheriff in our area to reform the system from within

            •          Expose the deep-rooted corruption that led to his false prosecution

Garmany is not asking for a handout—he is asking for the truth to be seen, for the facts to be reviewed, and for the freedom to serve the public once again.
