An update to our lovely supporters!
We had the honour of hosting a special Dengue Side Meeting during the historic 75th United Nations General Assembly UNGA75) last month. Our side meeting took place on the 24th September 2020 and so we thought that would share the video sessions with you all.
The sessions covered Vector Control for Dengue in the age of Covid19, Vaccine hesitancy and rebuilding trust, Innovation for dengue control and also Climate Change and its impact on Dengue.
We were joined by Ministries of Health, NGO's, Academia and also Private sector and members of the public affected by dengue to highlight and explore these issues aswell as discuss the pressing need for an official World Dengue Day.

We would like to thank you for your very important support through which we are proud to say that we now have over 26 000 signatures from across the world .What is critical now is that we ask you to please share this petition across your entire contacts and networks as we need to really boost the number of signatures before the November meeting of the World Health Assembly where the WHA agenda will be discussed - we really want to have the World Dengue Day added to this agenda - we are totally dependent upon your help and the 2 minutes it will take to share this widely will help immensely!
