The Issue

As a student at Manuel Luis Quezon Senior High School, I understand the daily struggle of balancing schoolwork, projects, and personal time. Many of us experience stress and burnout from trying to manage all these responsibilities. That’s why I am calling for initiatives that will help students develop better time management and study habits right here in our school.

For many senior high school students, the pressure to excel academically can be overwhelming. Our days are filled with classes, assignments, and exams, leaving little time for rest or activities that support holistic growth. Research shows that effective time management can significantly reduce stress and improve learning outcomes. Having the right strategies can empower students to study smarter, not harder.

We need comprehensive programs at Manuel Luis Quezon Senior High School that address these challenges. Workshops and training sessions on time management could teach students essential skills like setting priorities, creating study schedules, and avoiding procrastination. Providing access to mentors or counselors who specialize in student wellness could also help learners balance academic and personal responsibilities more effectively.

Schools that have implemented similar programs have seen improvements not only in academic performance but also in student well-being and confidence. By adopting these initiatives, we can transform our school into a place where students feel supported, motivated, and ready to succeed.

Join me in calling for the implementation of these programs to create a healthier, more effective learning environment. Sign this petition and support a brighter future for all Senyor Quezon students.
