Meeting to discuss: - Recent Application by Woolworths & your options - Compulsory Conference on 28th November - Community update & progress report If you were one of the 140 original objectors to the Woolworths Development, you will have recently received and application by Woolworths to challenge the proposed permit conditions. A response to this application will potentially allow you to become a party to the VCAT case and involved in the upcoming compulsory conference. Your response to this application should be received by VCAT no later than 24th October, 2016. Also, we need YOUR HELP to fund the action through VCAT.
