Hello everyone. Our campaign is now over 230,000 signatures strong and we are ready to deliver. Two dancing bananas, wrapped in plastic, will be presenting an oversized poster representation of the petition to supermarket managers at two Melbourne stores on Saturday 29th July - and you are all invited! We would love to see you in person on the day for the big hand over, but if you can’t make it, you can support us on social media. We’ll start posting pictures of the bananas on Facebook for you to SHARE and LKE. We want to draw a crowd that does justice to your efforts. Here are the details: Delivery to Woolworths in Preston, (Murray Street), between 11am and 12 midday on Saturday 29th July, 2017 and then to Coles in Northcote, (cnr Separation and High St) between 1pm and 2pm. Join the bananas at the Preston Market prior to the delivery for some singing and dancing (across the road from Woolworths). Lady Finger and Lord Cavendish will be there from 10.30am, where you can see them perform a specially choreographed rendition of ‘Don’t Fence Me In’ while you sip on a coffee and munch on apple piroshki. Thank you all for your commitment to this campaign so far. Change is coming! #DontFenceMeIn #StopTheWrap
