If you haven't experienced the food mart style that is being proposed it is counter style with various types of food kiosks and market goods for sale. The dinning room is often outfitted with tables that are large, communal style. Some food marts are high end with themes such as organic or sustainable. A rooftop bar would be installed with an elevator making the three floors of the food mart and bar accessible.
